My Approach
Nikisha's gifts are where she proxies for your body. She will ask your angels, guides and body what you feel safe enough to release.
When that happens Nikisha uses multiple modalities such as reiki, breath work, emotional regulation, nervous system calming techniques, sound healing and more to bring your awareness to these spaces.
When Nikisha is complete, you will feel refreshed, renewed and like the lens you see and operate in life has been shifted, even if just 1% better.
